Bend It Sports S.L. (“Bend It”), responsible for the Bend It® platform (“Platform”), makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), as well as to inform all users of the Platform about the applicable terms and conditions of use.

Bend It is an online platform designed to connect people interested in the world of sports. Privacy and Data Processing
BEND IT guarantees compliance with the current regulations on personal data protection, in accordance with the provisions of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
Industrial and Intellectual Property
The User acknowledges and accepts that all the content displayed on the Platform, and in particular designs, texts, images, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks, or any other signs capable of industrial and/or commercial use, are subject to Intellectual Property rights. All trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs, as well as all industrial and intellectual property rights over the content and/or any other elements included on the page, are the exclusive property of the company and/or third parties, who have the exclusive right to use them in the economic sphere.
User Obligations and Responsibilities
The User undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Platform, as well as of the content and services, in accordance with the applicable legislation in force at all times, the Terms and Conditions of Use, generally accepted moral standards and good practices, and public order.
Responsibilities
BEND IT is not responsible for any damages arising from the improper use of the Platform, nor for technical failures that may occur due to causes beyond our control. We are also not responsible for the content of websites linked from the Platform.
Cookies
Bend It reserves the right to use “cookie” technology on the Platform in order to recognize you as a frequent User and to personalize your use of the Platform by preselecting your language or the most desired or specific content.
Force Majeure
Bend It shall not be held liable in any case for the impossibility of providing services if this is due to prolonged interruptions of the electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, uprisings, explosions, floods, acts or omissions of the Government, and, in general, all cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions, as well as the use of the Platform, shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
