Terms and Conditions of Use
Effective as of 01/08/2025
Users
To register, access, and/or use the Platform, the User declares to be bound by and comply with these Terms.
To be a User of the Platform, one must be:
(i) A football player, whether registered with a team or not.
(ii) A coach or member of the technical staff holding the relevant license and with no criminal record for sexual offenses and/or gender-based violence.
(iii) A football team or club duly registered with a federation or similar organization.
(iv) An agent or agency representing football players.
Under no circumstances may individuals under the age of 15 be Users of the Platform. Users between the ages of 15 and 18 must be authorized and managed by their parents or legal guardians. In such cases, it must be declared to BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. that the authority exists, providing the minor’s identification details and the parent/guardian’s email address.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. reserves the right to grant User status to any individual or entity at its sole discretion without needing to amend these Terms.
Users in the “Coach or technical staff” category must provide their ID or equivalent, as well as a criminal record certificate and the corresponding coaching license upon registration. They also authorize BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. to verify both criminal records and license validity.
Users in the “Agent or Agency” category must provide their ID (if an individual) or tax ID (if a legal entity) as well as a copy of their FIFA agent license upon registration, authorizing BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. to verify its validity.
The User guarantees compliance with the conditions for being a User and that the data provided are true, accurate, complete, and up to date. If BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. becomes aware that the User does not comply with any of these conditions, it may terminate services and delete the User’s profile and data.
For Users in the categories “Football Player”, “Coach or technical staff”, and “Agent or Agency”, access and use of the Platform are subject to a paid subscription as detailed in the Subscription section of these Terms.
User Profile
Upon registering, the User will provide BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. with their identification details (full name, location/region, date of birth) and an email address. Once registered, the User will have a Profile with a username and a password chosen by the User. BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. is not responsible for misuse of passwords. Users are responsible for applying reasonable safeguards and preventing unauthorized access.
Users must identify themselves with their real full name or business name.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. is not responsible for fraudulent profile creation.
Profiles will be categorized into: (i) Football Player; (ii) Coach or technical staff; (iii) Football Club; (iv) Agent or Agency.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. reserves the right to add new categories at its discretion.
A single profile cannot belong to more than one category. If a person is both a football player and a coach, they must create two separate profiles.
The User may request deletion of their profile, in which case BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. will remove the profile and content. If the User has an active Subscription, deletion does not entitle them to a refund.
In some cases, Users may authorize others to access certain interaction information (e.g., who viewed their profile, who contacted them, who followed them). Users may also delegate profile management.
Partners and External Services
Bend It may recommend professionals or external services (e.g., sports doctors, nutritionists, coaches, legal advisors) through trusted partners. These services are contracted directly between the User and the professional, without Bend It’s involvement or responsibility.
Subscription
Users in the “Football Players”, “Coach or Technical Staff” and “Agent or Agency representing football players” categories must subscribe to the Platform as an essential requirement to access and use any of the functionalities and services of Bend It.
The Subscription may only be contracted by individuals over 18 years of age.
The Subscription grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
The Subscription will be subject to payment of the corresponding fees. For this purpose, by accepting these Terms and paying for the Subscription, the User expressly authorizes BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. to commence the contract, thereby having the right to:
(i) Charge the Subscription fee corresponding to the next billing cycle using the payment method provided by the User; and
(ii) Suspend or cancel the Subscription in case of breach of the Terms.
Duration of the Subscription
The validity of the Subscription shall coincide with the Subscription Period. The Subscription Period will be annual. At the end of the current Subscription Period, the Subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of one (1) year, equal in duration to the preceding Subscription Period, unless the User cancels the Subscription before the next billing cycle.
Without prejudice to any statutory right of withdrawal, if the Subscription is canceled once a new billing cycle has started, it will remain active until the end of the contracted period, and the User shall not be entitled to any refund, either full or partial.
Payment of the Subscription
If the Subscription requires payment, the User must provide a valid and current payment method, which may be updated in the corresponding section. In this regard, the User is responsible for providing BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. with accurate and up-to-date payment information and authorizes BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. to periodically charge the applicable fees to the designated payment method.
Subscription payments will be made through annual billing cycles, commencing on the date of the first payment.
If during a billing cycle BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. is unable to collect the fee, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the User’s access to the Platform or limit its functionalities until the corresponding payment is made. In this case, BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. also reserves the right to delete the User’s profile data at its discretion, committing only to retain it for a minimum period of one (1) month.
If BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. offers any discount or promotion on the fee after the subscription payment has been made, the User shall not be entitled to receive retroactive refunds or price adjustments.

BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. reserves the right to modify the fees for commercial or market reasons with prior notice to the User. In the event of a change in the subscription fee, the new price will take effect for the User in the following billing cycle. The User shall not be entitled to any retroactive refund or price adjustment in the event of a fee reduction.
Right of Withdrawal
The User shall have the right to exercise their withdrawal within a period of 14 calendar days from the day on which this contract begins, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007). In such case, the User must inform BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. by sending an email to info@bendit.app with their unequivocal intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Furthermore, pursuant to Article 108 of RDL 1/2007, the User shall pay BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. the proportional amount corresponding to the part of the service already rendered at the time they informed of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The proportional amount to be paid shall be calculated based on the price of the fee paid.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. shall reimburse the User the payment received, deducting, where applicable, the proportional amount, within 14 calendar days from the date on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used by the User.
Use and Content
The User may upload content to their user profile, including texts, images, and videos. In this regard, the User shall be solely responsible for the content they publish on the Platform.
The User undertakes to use the Platform correctly, in accordance with applicable law, with morality and ethics, and with these Terms and Conditions of Use. For informational and non-limiting purposes, the User agrees not to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
It is prohibited to use the Platform with the intention of harming the property, rights, or interests of BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. or third parties. It is also prohibited to engage in any use that alters, damages, or disables the networks, servers, equipment, products, and software of BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. or third parties.
Likewise, it is forbidden to alter or modify any part or function of the Platform or to bypass, disable, or otherwise manipulate the security functions or other functions of the Platform. In particular, the use of any automated system or software to extract or compile information from the Platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any content that, at its discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, without prior notice and without incurring any liability towards the User or other users.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. may collect and use the information and content provided by the User to suggest content, advertising, or other information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Responsibilities and Warranty
The services of BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. are offered “as is” and “as available,” with all faults, errors, and/or defects, without any kind of implied or explicit warranty, commitment, and/or liability.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. shall not assume any responsibility for any kind of physical, moral, direct, indirect, incidental damage, nor for loss of profits due to loss of information, service interruptions, technical failures, external attacks, or any other event affecting the operation of the Platform, nor for the use, misuse, or fraudulent use of the content published on the Platform. BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. shall likewise not assume any responsibility for the User’s use of the Platform nor for the interactions or agreements generated between users. The Platform acts solely as a means of contact, being completely unrelated to any negotiation, agreement, contract, signing, transfer, assignment, payment, or any other type of relationship or commitment reached between users.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. assumes no responsibility for promotional or advertising content, or for the use of third-party logos and/or trademarks appearing on the Platform.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the holding of tournaments, events, or activities promoted or published on the Platform, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or conflicts among participants, clubs, academies, agents, or other entities involved.
Nor shall it be held responsible for the creation of user profiles without the prior consent of third parties, such as agents or representation agencies.
The User shall be liable to BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. and/or to third parties for any damages or losses that may be caused by a breach of these Terms.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. against any claim, demand, damage, or expense arising from or related to the content they publish, share, or transmit through the Platform, as well as any misuse of the same.
Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, in the event that BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. must cease its activity in whole or in part for any reason, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts that such cessation shall not, under any circumstances, give rise to an obligation on the part of BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. to reimburse amounts paid in respect of subscriptions or other concepts associated with the provision of the service. Only if the applicable law recognizes the User’s right to a refund shall BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. make the corresponding reimbursement, proportionally to the period of service not enjoyed.
Intellectual Property
In no case shall these Terms be understood as the assignment or transfer of any intellectual property rights owned by BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. or by third parties, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The User acknowledges and accepts that all intellectual property rights over the Platform and its contents (texts, photographs, graphics, images, technology, software, links, content, graphic design, source code, etc.), including, among others, copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, and trade secrets, are and shall remain the exclusive property of BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. or third parties, as applicable.
The User undertakes not to copy, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, decompile, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, assign, grant security interests over, or otherwise transfer in any way the rights related to the intellectual property of the Platform, unless they have the express prior written authorization of BEND IT SPORTS, S.L.
Users in the “Football Club” and “Agent or Agency representing football players” Profile Categories grant BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. a non-exclusive license to use the name, emblem, crest, image, and logo of the Football Club or Agency exclusively for promotional purposes of the Platform. For this purpose, BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. may, including but not limited to, use and disseminate on social networks and/or the Platform’s website the name, emblem, crest, image, and logo of the Football Club or Agency for such purpose.
Users may revoke this consent at any time by written notice.
Own or Third-Party Materials
Certain users may share, present, or make available to other users content, data, information, applications, functions, or materials from third parties, and may include links to third-party websites or allow the use of related third-party services. If the User makes use of any third-party materials or services available through the Platform, the corresponding third-party terms shall apply.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. is not responsible for the terms or actions of third parties under their respective conditions. BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. shall also not be responsible for reviewing or assessing the content, accuracy, completeness, availability, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect of such third-party materials, their services, or websites.
Use of Data
The User is solely responsible for data usage or any other means or charges associated with the use of the Platform.
System Requirements and Modification of the Platform
To access and use the Platform, the User must have a computer, mobile device, or other device that meets the Platform’s System Requirements and is compatible with it.
The features and functionalities available on the Platform may vary depending on the device from which it is accessed.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. reserves the right to make improvements and modifications to the Platform at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the User.
Furthermore, BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. undertakes to provide technical support and customer service to the User in connection with the use of the Platform.
Privacy
By registering, accessing, and/or using the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Privacy Policy of BEND IT SPORTS, S.L.
Modification of the Terms
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with prior notice to the User.
Access to and/or use of the Platform after such notification shall constitute the User’s acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced according to their own provisions and, in all matters not expressly covered herein, shall be governed by Spanish law.
In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is not enforceable or is declared null or invalid, such nullity or invalidity shall only affect that provision or the part thereof that is invalid, while the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. Such provision, or the affected part thereof, shall be deemed not included.
Notices
All notices, demands, requests, and other communications to be made by the User to BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. in relation to these Terms must be made in writing and in a reliable manner.
BEND IT SPORTS, S.L. may send notices, demands, requests, and other communications to the User by email to the address provided by the User.
